At ORIVEX, we aim to provide reliable and thoroughly tested hardware and systems.

All products sold by ORIVEX are tested prior to sale to ensure functionality and stability.

Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated, ORIVEX provides a 14-day limited warranty from the date of purchase on eligible products.

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware faults not caused by the customer
  • Products arriving not as described
  • Major functional issues occurring under normal use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • User-caused damage
  • Incorrect installation or misuse
  • Software issues caused after purchase
  • Overclocking damage
  • Damage caused by third-party modifications

Used Hardware Notice

Many products sold by ORIVEX are pre-owned or refurbished. Cosmetic wear may be present and will be disclosed where possible.

Warranty Process

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/videos if requested

ORIVEX reserves the right to inspect and test returned products before offering:

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of second-hand and refurbished hardware, ORIVEX generally does not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is:

please contact ORIVEX within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions
